We are again sitting on packed bags – this time to depart to Tattersalls Horse Trials – so it´s time for an update on our last weekend at Houghton Hall Horse Trials.

Rutherglen and Algebra both competed in the CICO3* - a massive class with 99 horses starting into the competition. Rutherglen was additionally selected as part of the Australian Nations Cup Team – always a great honor and I very much enjoy this team competition.

Both Rutherglen and Algebra started into the weekend on great dressage test – they both performed fantastic, even though Algebra got a little tense in the test.

The rest is history – both horses competed the competition on their dressage score with fabulous clear showjumping and cross country rounds to finish in 4th (Rutherglen) and 19th  place (Algebra) respectively.

Our “icing on the cake” was a super 2nd place for the Australian Team in the Nations Cup – what a finish to this weekend.

I couldn´t be any happier with my wonderful team of horses and am so thankful to their owners for all their support.
